Unless otherwise specified, you may cancel your account by sending a 30-day advance notice of account cancellation e-mail to: Business@WebIncredible.com. Unless otherwise specified, all outstanding invoices and/or account balances must be paid to WEBINCREDIBLE before your account can be closed.

No Liability for Acts of Third Parties

Although WEBINCREDIBLE will use all reasonable efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of the User Data, transmissions made by means of the Internet cannot be made absolutely secure. WEBINCREDIBLE will have no liability for problems, or disclosure of User Data, due to errors in transmission or unauthorized acts of third parties including, but not limited to, Internet service providers, hosting companies and payment processing companies used by WEBINCREDIBLE.
